Pricing
One install. One monthly retainer. No per-seat fees.
We don't price by user, by message, by project, or by storage tier. You get the whole platform configured for your trade, set up end-to-end, and ongoing support — for a price that pencils out against the enterprise PM software you can't justify.

Pricing FAQ
Questions we hear a lot.
What's actually in the install fee?
The install is the labor of configuring OpsLight specifically for your trade and your operation. That means: provisioning your Twilio number, setting up the Google Sheet schema for your projects, configuring the intake classifier with your vocabulary (the surfaces, products, urgency triggers, and trade terms specific to your work), branding the document templates, building your crew roster, wiring up your existing website contact form, and configuring the daily Game Plan template. It also includes 90 days of post-install support — calls, prompt tweaks, edge cases.
What happens if I cancel?
Your Sheet stays in your Google Drive — it was always yours. Your Twilio number stays under your Twilio account (we set it up under your account, not ours). Your website forms stop posting to OpsLight, but the form itself is still on your site. You walk away with the data and the infrastructure. The only thing you lose is the ongoing parsing, classification, and reporting.
Is there a per-message fee?
No. We pay the Claude API costs and the Twilio costs as part of the retainer. Heavy-volume operators (more than ~500 inbound intakes per month) may need a custom plan, but that's the exception — most trade businesses run between 30 and 150 intakes per month.
Do you have a free trial?
Not in the traditional SaaS sense. What we do instead: a 20-minute walkthrough where we wire up a sandbox Twilio number, point it at a sample Sheet configured for your trade, and have you leave a few voicemails and texts. You see your own actual intake parsed in real time. That demo is free.
Why isn't this self-serve?
Two reasons. First — every trade has its own vocabulary, and the classifier needs to be tuned to it before it's useful. A self-serve onboarding flow that asks you to configure your own classification rules is exactly the kind of "operations platform" that ends up unused. Second — we're a small team and we'd rather take care of 30 operators well than 3,000 operators badly.
What if I want OpsLight without a website redesign?
Most of our installs are exactly that. The bundle exists for operators who happen to also need a website refresh — they get a coordinated install and a 10–15% discount. But OpsLight stands alone and works with whatever website you already have.
The price is the price. The walkthrough is free.
