What we capture, what we don't.
We're going to let you experience the actual OpsLight product on your own input. To do that, we capture what you send us so we can show it back to you live and learn from it. Here's exactly how that works:
What we use it for
- Show your intake to you, on this page, while the demo runs
- Improve OpsLight's classifier and write anonymized examples for marketing material
How long we keep it
- Your phone number / email: deleted within 24 hours
- Demo content (transcripts, texts, classifications): deleted within 7 days
- Anonymized extracts (no names, no addresses, no dollar amounts): may persist for product improvement
What we will NOT do
- Email you a "remember when you tried OpsLight" follow-up. Ever.
- Call you. Ever.
- Sell or share your data with anyone, including aggregated and anonymized
- Quote you by name without separately asking
What just happened under the hood
The same five steps every real customer intake runs through.
- Channel handler picks up your input. Form, SMS, voicemail, email, or crew check-in — they all land on a Cloudflare Worker route in under 100 ms.
- Pre-processing strips the noise. Quoted email replies, signature blocks, "Sent from my iPhone" footers, and auto-reply bounces drop out before Claude sees anything.
- Claude classifies the intake. A trade-specific prompt extracts urgency, channel, intent, named entities (property manager, building, surface, scope), and proposes a next step.
- Structured row written to the Sheet. System-of-record is a Google Sheet in your Drive. Append-only. Searchable forever.
- Owner alert SMS fires if urgency = emergency. Otherwise it lands in the daily Game Plan email at 7am the next morning.
In a real install, your intake takes the same path. Same Worker. Same classifier. Same Sheet. The only difference: it's your phone number, your trade vocabulary, your Game Plan format.
